Zix Corporation to Participate in Blues eRx Summit; Company to Discuss Progress in E-Prescribing Adoption and Demonstrate PocketScript Features

DALLAS, May 03, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Zix Corporation (ZixCorp(R)), (Nasdaq:ZIXI), a global provider of secure e-messaging, e-prescribing, and e-transaction applications and services, today announced it will be a participant in the Blues eRx Summit: Taking Your e-Prescribing Initiative From Idea to Adoption, a conference for Blue Cross Blue Shield plans to better understand e-prescribing opportunities, potential benefits, program strategies, lessons learned, and successful business models. The event, to be held May 10-12 in Boston, will include an e-prescribing vendor panel, and ZixCorp will deliver a presentation on the company and its PocketScript(R) e-prescribing application, including product features and details of the company's deployment and retention model.
